It's pre-recorded and sent your way for you to keep via Wetransfer. Think of it as a little gift, a knowledge-packed parcel that you can unwrap at your own pace. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! Please ensure that you provide 5 questions with some context to ensure I assign right questions to the deck. Reading recorded and sent via WeTransfer/Drop Box at the time of your booking. Please allow up to 48 hours after the appointment time to be sent across due to the download size. It is also advisable to check your junk email. Please take care in providing the correct email address to send across the reading. If I am unable to reach you it will result in a loss of your appointment. Please note that by booking a tarot reading, you agree to my terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Contact Details. Appointments are non-refundable but can be rearranged. To do so, a 48-hour notice is required. Due to high demand, appointments can only be changed once. Any further changes will result in the cancellation of the appointment without a refund. If a rearrangement is agreed upon, it must be done promptly. Please note that operations are based on GMT and BST during the Summer months. The website will automatically convert to your timezone. Ensure you book in the correct time as the site operates in military time (06:00 is 6am, 18:00 is 6pm).In unforeseen circumstances, your appointment may need to be rearranged. In such cases, a refund will be offered, or an alternative time suggested. Refunds. If we do not connect during the reading, make me aware within the first 10 minutes and I will refund 50% of the reading. Note that refunds are only applicable on full price readings and not on sale items or offers. Due to high demands, processing fees, and potential earning losses, refunds are not offered if you decide to cancel. However, if I am unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment or a refund will be offered. Please note that this does not apply to pre-recorded readings. Special Offer Discounts. If you have more than one offer code, only one can be applied to a single purchase. Similarly, if a service is already on sale, an additional offer code may not be applicable. This policy is in place to ensure a balance between providing you with valuable discounts and maintaining the sustainability of my business.
