Appointment Policy

​

• Non-Refundable: All appointments are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Only one rescheduling is allowed per booking.

• Service Booked = Service Received: The service booked is the one you will receive; exchanges are not permitted.

International Clients

​

• Platform Requirement: Readings for international clients will be conducted via Zoom and/or WhatsApp.

• Accurate Contact Information: Please ensure you provide the correct mobile number and international dialing code. Failure to provide accurate contact information may result in loss of appointment with no refund.

• Missed Appointments: Appointments missed without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Time Zones

• UK-Based: All services are scheduled according to UK time (GMT/BST).

• Automatic Conversion: Our website automatically converts your booking time to your local time zone. Please verify the correct time is selected.

Unforeseen Circumstances

​

• Provider Emergencies: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I may reschedule your appointment or issue a refund.

Refund Policy

​

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds apply only to full-price readings.

• Partial Refunds: To qualify for a 50% refund, notify within the first 5 minutes of the session. No refunds will be issued once the session has been completed.

• Non-Refundable Items: Pre-orders and sale items are non-refundable.

Special Offer Restrictions

• Non-Transferable: Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged.

• One Offer Code per Purchase: Only one offer code may be used per purchase, and discounts cannot be doubled on sale items.

Excluded Areas

• Restricted Topics: Readings do not cover medical, legal, financial, or death-related questions.

• Entertainment Purposes Only: Readings are provided for entertainment purposes only, and any actions taken post-reading are the client's responsibility.

Age Restriction

• 18+ Only: All services are available exclusively to clients 18 years of age and older.

Tarot Classes

​

• Block Booking: Classes must be booked in 4-week blocks.

• No Rescheduling: Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, and missed sessions will not be refunded.

Tarot Training

​

• Intellectual Property: Course content is protected intellectual property. Redistribution or resale without prior consent is prohibited.
